The Men's Intermediate Division is an exciting platform for athletes to challenge themselves and continue their journey toward excellence. It's about embracing growth, pushing boundaries, and celebrating progress in the world of tactical athleticism.

The Men's Intermediate Division at the Tactical Athlete Challenge is designed for athletes who are ready to elevate their fitness journey. To compete in this division, participants should meet the following criteria:

Running Stamina

Athletes must have the capability to complete a 400-meter run, demonstrating their baseline cardiovascular endurance.

Functional Fitness Competence

Competitors should comfortably perform most functional fitness exercises at the scaled level, displaying versatility and proficiency in a variety of movements.

Strength and Functionality

Competitors should be proficient in moving, lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing a minimum of 70 pounds, showcasing both strength and functional fitness prowess.

Loaded Mobility

Athletes should be able to walk under load with a minimum of 30 pounds, demonstrating balance and control while carrying equipment.

Obstacle Proficiency

Athletes should be capable of scaling a 4-foot wall or obstacle with ease, highlighting their agility and adaptability.

Odd Object Handling

Competitors should be adept at moving odd objects weighing at least 70 pounds, showcasing their ability to tackle challenging scenarios with strength and precision.
